Halloween - Saturday 31st October

We are planning to escort youngsters around the village for Halloween on Saturday 31st October, starting from the village hall at 6pm. We will also be using an "opt-in" system for "trick or treat" for households that want to participate. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. if you have not had yours) on your house/window if you are happy for us to call.

This year there will be a prize for the best decorated house, so get swinging those skeletons and dangle those decorations!


Bonfire Night - Friday 6th November

The annual Village Bonfire Party will take place at the village hall on Friday 6th November at 7pm, fireworks at 8pm.. There will be food including Jacket Potatoes, Hotpot, Chilli, Burgers & Hot Dogs, a licensed bar, a small bonfire and excellent fireworks, all in a safe and friendly environment. Come and join us for an evening for the whole family and an opportunity to meet up with other villagers.


Coffee Morning Wednesday 11th November - 10.30 to 12

Come along and enjoy homemade cakes, a drink and a chat, all raffle proceeds go to Norton Church funds. If you require a lift please give Margaret Greenwood a ring on 01827 880063

Social/Pub Evening - Friday 27th November

Come along to the Village Hall for a nice relaxing evening and unwind, chatting over a few drinks, meeting old friends and new.

Norton Village Hall 100-Club – Last Reminder!

A reminder that 100-Club subscriptions are now due, the first draw will take place on 11th November. Please support the Village Hall by joining the 100-Club or by renewing your existing membership.

The two prizes each month are: 1st £15 & 2nd £10.

Membership is £12 a year (less than 25p a week) and draws take place at meetings on the second Wednesday each month at 8pm in the village hall, to which all are welcome.

It is a chance to have a bit of fun, win some money and help towards the up-keep of our village hall. You have to be in it to win it!
