Booking request online

1. Register and Login to this site
2. Select required date on the calendar and ensure it is free
3. Select 'Add an Event'
4. Booking details
• subject
• select category from list
• full booking details
• contact details (nb these will be visible online)
• Ensure to select the start and end times under 'calendar'
5. click the disk icon to save and forward the request
6. This will automatically send a booking request to NJT bookings.
7. NJT bookings will modify the event request if necessary
8. NJT bookings will approve/publish the event
9. The event will then be visible on the bookings calendar
10. NJT bookings will email the requestor
