NJT Summer Fete Saturday 2nd July

On behalf of the Village hall committee I would like to thank The Vero Family for once again allowing us to use their premises to hold the Village Fete, this is a wonderful venue and we are very grateful to all the family. Thank you also to all who helped in any way to make this years’ fete the success it was, without the help we receive from the village residents the fete wouldn't happen. Thank you to all who supported us by attending and we hope that you enjoyed it. We made £1,738.78 which is well up on last year. At the fete we presented the Air Ambulance with a cheque for £500. We give a percentage of the takings from each event held by the Village Hall Committee throughout the year, including the fete, to the Air Ambulance. The total amount raised is always presented at the annual fete where the Air Ambulance have a stall. Kind Regards. Margaret Greenwood (Chair )
