Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council The Borough Council is based in Hinckley. The Borough is divided into 16 wards for election purposes, returning a total of 34 councillors. The last local election was held in May 2007 when elections for all seats on the Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council were held. The term of office for a Borough Councillor is 4 years.
